IBAC baseball offers a one–of–a-kind concept that provides players with the best instruction and training available. For our youth teams players, ages 11 to 14, the instruction you receive will get you prepared for the next level of competition. Our pro-style approach and philosophy of breaking down the drills and information you receive, gets you results you will see on the playing field. Our intense training and workouts in all aspects of your game (including hitting, fielding, pitching, catching, base running and speed & strength training) can help you make the adjustments to get to the next level. IBAC baseball offers the high school player the programs and instruction that will get you noticed on the playing field. We use a realistic evaluation process to assess a players abilities and place them in a setting that will get results. We understand the uncertainty of being a high school player and not knowing where you are on the national talent level. "Am I good enough to play in college?" "Am I just an average player?" or "Do I have what it takes to get to the next level?" The answers to these questions are not easy to find on your own. Our coaches can determine a prescription of training that helps you achieve the results and  success you are looking for.
